Easter Sunday a lovely sunny day and a walk to Kennall vale nature reserve. This was once a dynamite works but not used since 1910 so nature has taken over.

Saltram

Just thought we'd pop into this National Trust property as it is fairly close to the campsite and on the way to town. The house guides were so helpful and informative that we were there for nearly 3 hours. Some wonderful Adam's designs in the 'main salon' and dining room,

Train to Totnes

A greyer colder day so we take the train to Totnes. A nice town, narrow steep streets like a larger Glastonbury. And of course a couple of breweries.

Plymouth history
