The first wet day! Still managed a trip around the shops of Hawick after a quiet night in the carpark.
A jewelers has a wonderful mechanical clock above the door, slightly out of sync, three horses are ridden round a track to represent the ride which takes place each June.
On through we countryside to Pebbles and some interesting carpark charges, 20p for 2 hours, cheap enough, but only on Saturday. The remainder of the week it's free.
So onto Girlguiding Scotland's training centre, Netherurd. Then a quick trip to the Edinburgh campsite which will be Brian's home for the rest of the week.
More back to Netherurd and Archives Alive 2017, a packed programme so my diary will be brief for the rest of the week.
